– Events are designed to be one-stop recruitment programs including job experience consultation, resume writing sessions, and interviews; various additional entertainment will also be provided at the events, including talk shows with current INSPIRE employees, performances by magicians and bartenders, and networking parties

[Monday, June 12, 2023 – Incheon, Korea] Mohegan INSPIRE Entertainment Resort (hereafter referred to as “Mohegan INSPIRE” or “INSPIRE”) will invite over 2,000 jobseekers to a series of uniquely conceptualized recruitment events in Seoul and Incheon from June to August. The events are part of INSPIRE’s large-scale recruitment campaign taking place during Korea’s “open recruitment” period, through which the company will hire newly graduated and experienced jobseekers.

INSPIRE’s first recruitment event, “IN-SPIRE Day” will be held on June 20^th at SJ Kunstahalle, a cultural complex located in Gangnam, Seoul. Departing from typical information session formats at recruitment events, “IN-SPIRE Day” will be hosted through two parts and include various entertainment and experiential elements that reflect the INSPIRE brand and its corporate culture (“Spirit of Aquai”), which values welcoming and relationship-building.

Part 1 “INSPIRE Casting Event – Seoul” will take place between June 12^th and 18^th. INSPIRE has invited approximately 900 jobseekers of all levels of experiences interested in the resort’s opportunities who have passed initial screenings and plans to provide information sessions on hiring and selection, company introductions by current employees, individual job counseling, tryouts, and also interview opportunities to prospective applicants. The three-story venue for the event includes an experiential area to enhance the participants’ understanding of the INSPIRE brand vision and each position’s role, also providing space for job counseling and interviews with current employees and hiring managers. Participants may immediately create and submit resumes after counseling and receive an interview opportunity at the event. The event will also host various creative entertainment programs such as exhibitions, photo events, and job-related mission games so visitors can enjoy participating in a friendly and fun atmosphere.

Part 2 “Let Me INSPIRE” will host a networking party for early-hire employees. Since the beginning of 2023, INSPIRE has been promoting academic-industry collaborations with over 30 universities and educational institutions across Korea to nurture talent and support employment of students in the hotel, casino, and tourism fields. As part of this effort, the company launched the “College Partnership Program” and hired approximately 300 newly graduating candidates nominated by partner universities before Korea’s open recruitment period.

Current INSPIRE executives and employees will meet new employees at the part 2 networking party and share their work experiences in a candid talk show, answering various questions about the jobs in an open Q&A session. Participants will afterwards enjoy a magic show, bartender performance, and cocktail party so that they can relax, chat, and network with their new colleagues, nurturing a sense of their belonging even before joining INSPIRE.

INSPIRE’s second recruitment event will be hosted in cooperation with the Incheon City Government and Incheon Tourism Organization and will take place in Incheon in July, following the event in Seoul on June 20^th.

Mohegan Voted One of “100 Most Loved Workplaces in the World”

The ranking evaluated Mohegan employees’ workplace sentiment and satisfaction through five metrics: inclusivity; diversity; equity and sense of belonging; career development; and company leadership, and recognized Mohegan’s efforts of creating a workplace culture in which its employees felt most supported, empowered, and responsible to succeed. Mohegan INSPIRE is set to open in the 4^th quarter of 2023 on Yeongjongdo Island in Incheon, Korea and plans to establish itself as a true entertainment resort representing the Asian region unveiling various resort amenities and entertainment offerings.
